In general, we do not accept returns for most of the products that you purchase on our website. Since we sell products that are ordered directly from the designer after a sale, we do not carry inventory and we cannot resell most individual items that have been returned.
As such, manufacturers do not allow us to return unsold or returned products.
However, the exception to do this will be if your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return.
If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once we have received the product you will have the option on whether you'd like us to refund your order or send you a brand new product and no extra cost to you
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake or as mentioned above if your product is damage will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs.
