  • Do you ship to my country?
    • We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for majority of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it's very likely we can ship to your country including UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and more!  Orders outside of the US generally take 2 to 4 weeks  to arrive.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • Order processing time takes anywhere between 2-10 business days. Deliveries can take 1-3 weeks within the United States but may vary. For additional locations and their timeframes please check out our "Shipping Policy & Guidelines" section.   • Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
    • For address changes after your order has been placed, please notify us immediately to process your change and our team will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated  prior to your item is shipping . 
  • Will I have a tracking number?
    • Of course! Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number.
  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
  • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
    • Most times, this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order conformation and a shipping notice.
